Problem depositing with 5dimes and Bovada, can anyone help?

So I recently let my accounts get down to $0 and tried to reload, only to find out that the Visa processor at 5dimes was no longer available to me. So then I tried to deposit at bovada (formerly bodog) and get declined there.

I finally talked to 5dimes customer service today and apparently there is some list that all the sites share that lists individuals with potential credit card fraud and somehow I'm on it. This makes absolutely no sense to me. I have done business with only 4-5 sportsbooks in my life (wagerstreet, pinnacle, intertops, bovada/bodog, and 5dimes) and I have good standing with all of them. But apparently some site reported me and so now I'm screwed. Of course, they won't tell me who the site that reported me is so I have absolutely no hope of resolving it with them.

Has anybody had anything like this happen to them? I suppose that I should be grateful; I've given the books probably a grand a year for each of the last 5 years so maybe this is a blessing. But it's just a kick to the nuts when you've been a good customer and they turn around and say "thanks for the money, now kindly f*#k off".

I would just use MoneyGram with 5dimes...never had a problem using that method

You can also use Western Union. If you deposit more than 250$, they will pick up the fee for you. Just make sure you get assistance using Live Help to get the Western Union info. Good luck! :0008

Just sent western union, get the contact info from live chat and then you can send western union online, you do not have to go anywhere to do it.

you can click deposits then click the western union or moneygram icons

and you get the receiver info automatically spit out

no need to go into chat, unless you want to be handled by customer service

when you get the mtcn or reference number, you just input it in "step 2"

that's the easiest way to do, almost easier than cc card :0074

Thanks for the responses guys. I ended up going with Wagerweb and have been very happy so far. 5Dimes is definitely better but I just have a problem continuing to support a site when they've basically accused me of fraud.
