Problem with Bookmaker -- Jack please read...

I posted something on this about a week and a half ago, but unfortunately it hasn't been resolved. Anyway, here's what's going on...

About 2 weeks ago I made a deposit at Bookmaker. They erroneously charged my bank statement twice. When I contacted them, they told me to fax over the statement. I did that the next day and they immediately e-mailed telling me they received it. Within minutes they e-mailed me again, saying the issue was resolved. No explanation as to HOW it was resolved, just that it was resolved.

I waited a couple of days and the charge was still on my statement, and my Bookmaker account wasn't credited either. I contacted them at the e-mail they told me to reply to, but no response. I waited a couple of more days before e-mailing them again, and still no answer. It's been a week since they sent the e-mail saying the issue was resolved. But it hasn't. I still have two charges on my statement and no kind of credit to my Bookmaker account.

Jack, is this is an issue you can help with? If not, do you have any recommendation as to what I can do about this? At this point it looks like they're just ignoring me, hoping I will go away at some point. Any help/advice you can give would be greatly appreciated.
