Problem withdrawling from Pinnacle

I've used Pinny for over 10 years. Why is it so difficult to collect money all of this sudden?
Maybe someone could help me with what they are asking of me. They don't seem to speak english very well. Here is the email I received after they cancelled my withdrawl.

Dear Pinnacle Sports? Client,

As stated on our site in the FAQ section and also displayed when processing your credit/debit card transaction, only scanned documents uploaded from the website will be accepted. If you do not have a scanner, a digital camera picture will suffice. In addition, there are companies that provide this service for a nominal fee.

Documents provided as email attachments will be deleted and faxes are not accepted.


We appreciate your cooperation.

How the hell do I upload to there site? I've scanned the documents, but they say they don't except e-mails?

Why so many on here love Pinnacle so much is beyond me. It is not a crap book, it is an "ok" book. But to hear some guys on here talk about Pinnacle you'd think they give you a blow job every time you wager:142smilie

Again, not a bad book, but so many books out there so much easier to deal with.

I will never ever play there...but hey that's just me:SIB

Hey Kick,
Thanks for the input. I can't even find a phone number on the webite for them. I've dealt with them for many years, never had trouble with a withdrawl before. This is my first withdrawl in about a year.:shrug:
I use 2 other books, but pinny has good odds on MMA and hockey. May have stay away from them.

odds odds odds....screw odds when you have to deal with all the other sh** with this site.

It's like having a hot chick in a hotel room but you don't have a key. I mean who cares about the chick when you can't even get in to the room.
