Pinnacle has a team total prop for Ohio St. at 28.5 o/u. I'm making a 5% wager on under 28.5. The rain has slowed a bit here in PA but I still don't see Ohio St. scoring more than 28 here. Penn State's D is certainly no slouch and they are gonna have 100,000 + rocking the house making it tough for Ohio St. to run an offense. I feel pretty confident that PSU can hold them under this number unless they get turnover happy. Not many teams travel to Happy Valley and put up 28 points..... in fact.....Penn State didn't give up 28+ in ANY game in 2004.
