not being politically sensitive these days, or perhaps not on enough sleep, I assumed this clown meant Me.
but wait - in that moment I realized “If i read it that way, and it had nothing to do with me, maybe I’ve bumped imto some of you guys the wrong way.
so XYZ, bombs, and now apparently Macguyver too, as I just realized you said this to me two weeks ago:

i’m sorry for getting into it in threads.
I haven’t been here long, this is not an excuse, but i’m realizing the internet is full of so many douches, i hadn’t even considered the constructive points made to me. For example, XYZ, we got into it over a live nfl bet i posted, and guilty ss charged i do post like hell about my live plays. My intent is earnestly to pass on winning plays, and it’s fair that something like a quarter over or half ML i play with 2 min left isnt worth much to someone reading it (as 99% of you would be) after that opportunity has passed.
at the time i perceived some of your responses as questioning my work, or even the integrity of bets. As in did i really make them..
i’ve only been posting for a few months but have been capping since 2012 or so, and while its not my employment or life’s work, the right or wrong honestly is more important than the money for me. It’s not that i take myself too seriously or have an ungodly ego, i just take pride in my work, want to get better where i can, and genuinely started posting to share winning plays.
anyway, in a self aware moment, i’m sorry to you guys and anyone else who i may have annoyed or mixed it up with. We’re all on the same team in a way, i’m not your enemy nor you mine. If i bet 5k on a live bet b/c i like it that much (5x), i want others to make money if i’m
right too.
as a newcomer, i know that
1. i have no reputation. No one is on the edge of their seat to see what side of the sixers / warriors game tonight that i pick. Far from it, and with no history or experience here i don’t expect that.
2. a bad reputation is worse than no reputation the last thing i wanna do is annoy anyone. I’m not jumping up and down for attention, but if enough ppl don’t like my “style” or “way of posting” thats as bad a losing play - probably worse cause its a waste of time
3. im realizing many of you have been at MJ’s for decades, and that’s awesome . You know each other in the real world, you have each other’s backs, and like i said above, i have been a cnt at times as far as acting 17 or like an EMO chick. Didn’t mean it that way, im intense and take this activity very seriously as im sure some of you do.
number one goal is to enjoy this. At least for me. Winning is a millimeter below that , and that’s why i get intense in threads
some of you i’m sure are over it, didnt care as much about an exchange as i did, maybe im annoying you further now. forums have been around forever, and in today’s world, it’s easy to assume the worst when you see a reply or reaction to a post. That’s not what forums are made for, and my etiquette has been like twitter as opposed to a real, well established, community of guys that have known
each other a long time, and maybe were genuinely trying to guide me when i first started posting. That’s on me,
live betting. Admittedly i make 75% of my take on live plays.. around that annually. I don’t even post them all, trust me, just the larger ones or within games i posted about pregame. So to me it doesn’t feel like “a lot.” But given what i said above about the time factor and intensity at times, please do give me a shove in the right direction if i’m not being a contributor. A lot of you don’t “need” anyone’s help or picks, I get it, I’m a believer that dedication and an open mimd is a rising tide for all ships, and in that way, i’ve had my moments where i haven’t come across that way.
I’ll tone it down a notch with live plays- esp ones that are more time sensitive. Looking at my posts i posted two live ML plays in a bucks celtics game that was in OT with like 2:25 left. Who is reading that in time to even consider a play? That’s assuming i’m even good enough at this to be taken seriously here, given the depth and nature of the community. Notwithstanding personal flaws aforementioned haha.
i guess the point is if i share a 10x play and someone else or 3 others, maybe more get in on it, honestly because the $ isn’t my motivator all the time, figuring out what a line is trying to make bettors do and using various methods to interpret and react accordingly (i.e., the “win”) matters very heavy to me. But being able to learn from some of the legends here is why i’m here, i don’t have an ego so big that i believe i have loyal followers who will read my posts. If i’ve come across as if i do, pardon me, i’ll do better.
Please tell me if i’m sucking, i’ll be more mature in threads moving ahead. Even if this post is making your legs rattle and itch to slam me in the face, tell me why. Or respond to tell me anything im not getting right so i can adjust.
being viewed as a valuable contributor here s a long journey, you guys have demonstrated excellence for a long time and don’t know me at all. Posting 19 plays about live bets in oregon wsu isnt going to prove anytimg, whether i win nome or all.
