It's early but it looks like the public just can't wait to pound several road favorites (#'s taken from Wagerline)
NY Jets (81%), Denver (80%) Minnesota (75%) Philly (72%) Carolina (71%) and Baltimore (69.2). Those of us who believe home field is more significant this week may get some solid value by the end of the week.

If you want a home fav, IND looks great vs BUF but dont wait long, IND openned at 9.5 and in 1 day went to 10.
GB should be a good play at -8.5
Possible teaser
IND -4 / GB -2.5

I'll play the dogs this week, especially the home dogs. Nobody can predict the emotional state of teams, thus I'll take the points in most cases.

VIP has Indy at -10.5. Are they really that much better than buffalo? I like the parlay idea.

I like my Pack. But 8.5 is a risk. Big dogs barked first week. They could again. T B was going to kill Dallas remember. Balt was going to kill Da Bears. They did by 1/2 and it took most the game. So look closely.

10.5 is alot to give a division rival. bills played Colts tough in Indy on Mnday night last year for a half and then self destructed. Punt blocked, fumble returned for TD and long punt return to set up TD.44-20 final for Colts.

HC Williams came from tennessee were he was def coordinator. I recall that tennessee put clamps on manning and Colts in playoffs two years ago in Indy.

Colts were all over Johnson last year in Indy and Bills line is worse this year.

Way to beat Colts has not changed. Pound them with running game, control clock, keep manning off the field, don't let harrison beat you deep, and contain James to under 100.

Bills showed little running game vs. NO
DB's got beat twice long, giving up TD's both times.
Contained R Williams for most of game.

I think the Bills will play better this week on offense. Defensively they will miss cowart. Special teams still suck and kicking game is a ? with ariens doing the placekicking.

I think this line is about right. The hook makes it impossible for me to back Colts but can't bet the Bills either until Johnson and OL show me something.
