I have been looking around a few websites, I am looking to purchase a laptop for a 16 year old. I have never heard of most of the brands that I am finding online. Can anyone recommend a brand of laptop, as well as a reputable site to buy one from?

If you want the best return policy or warrantee in the business I can only think of one place to buy it and that's Costco. Especially for a 16 year old.
