Question about 3 Ball Betting

I'm curious what happens if two players tie the 3 ball match. If two players tie at 1 under and the third player is well back what happens? Is the bet a push? Or are the winnings split between the two players?

The winnings are split under dead heat rules.

Thanks Stanley. Can you explain how this would be settled then.

For example say I had $100 on Jerry Kelly 5/4 over Tom Pernice and Hal Sutton.

Kelly and Pernice are both 1 under while Sutton was even. What would this pay?

I was also curious for record keeping purposes if you would classify this as a win or a tie?

If you have two players tied, then the full odds are paid on half your stake.

So $100 on Kelly 5/4 would return $112.50 ... $50 * 5/4 + $50 (stake returned)

I would count it as a win
