1. Jack, this post is in no way shape or form directed at you. The recent chain have events have made me rethink the way I manage my funds.
Anyone in the know. What are the warning signs that an offshore is going under? I am truly lucky that I did not have any money in that particular book. But a book with as solid a reputation like that going under raised my eyebrows. I also keep hearing unsubstatiated rumors about Paypal. If someone can please fill me in (via email thru Jack) or here if it will not get them in trouble; about some places to be worried about any and all help is greatly appreciated. I am a charitable person but quit donating my money to various gambling organizations 10 years ago.
