question about Illini

Right now the Illini are 8-0 playing against 3-1 Georgetown....I am all over this ML for Illinois -340 but wanna make sure that I'm not crazy for putting a ton of money on them....Is this the play or should I take the zags for a smaller play -10.5 I like both but I don't know how good Goergetown "really" is.

it is stupid to lay that much wood as i believe you have been told prior in the college football forum. I do not suggest it and im sure most good cappers wouldnt suggest it either. Illini could reasonably lose this game although i dont think they will

it is not stupid to take ML that size IMO, I certainly do it, but only in the right spot...I really don't think this is one of them...I'm actually on Gtown line and ML as well...gl whatever you do

i would take the illini ML. i live in IL, know em well, and they will not lose at home. They are unbelievable at home, though they occasionally have sluggish first halves. Good luck either way, but i wouldnt hesitate to throw down on the illini. fwiw

I'm going to have to go with Ill for some reason...everyone loves Georgetown....it's in Ill, Ill should out rebound, and I don't know if Georgetown can keep up....350 to win 100....

illinois might be the most overrated team in the country, but theyre not going to lose tonight. georgetown will struggle to score against their defense.

I actually somewhat agree with gman..thats something new.
Illinois is way OVERRATED and haven't impressed me that much...GTown is a Very Good team and should keep this close.
GTown will be a Tourney team this year and i think in the top 3 of the big east.

no opinion on the total, but when one of the teams involved is shooting 58% from the free throw line on the season, makes it hard to get excited about an over. number is really low though and any reasonably hot shooting by either side could be enough to get it over the #.

I guess the over is the play then because for sure Ill is going to run the ball and its going to be fast paced....I just hope they can both score....still holding out deciding on ML or the over

I agrree going to lay a small parlay for some good money....Ill ML and over 126

this is what I took...Risked $150.00 to win $210.56....I'm hopin for a fast paced game...
