the spread for the 2nd half is -3
there is also a money line set at -180
does that mean it is negative 180 for the spurs at -5 or just the spurs to win the game?

I believe that -180 is a bet on the Spurs for the 2nd half only.

So yes in terms of the game the line would be Spurs -5 -180
