Ok just a quick question.... whats the difference between playing a team on the ML in a 3 way bet or taking them at -0.5 goals??

Lets look at Saturdays game of England vs Denmark.

3 way line
England +105
Denmark +255
Draw +220

2 way line
England -0.5 +112
Denmark +0.5 -122

I see the difference if you were to take the dog and get the half goal... But what about taking the favourite... Why would you take England ML +105 if you could take England -0.5 for +112??

Am I missing something?? And both these lines are from the same book... Pinnacle...

Any help is appreciated...

Thanks

It's because there is more vig involved in the 3-way bet (This is discussed on Nolan's page tonight) . But yes, the 2-way -.5 and 3-way ml are the same

2 way line basically I think is to use it when you think a team can win, but maybe they finish the game tied, then you take the +0.5 and is if the draw or won, you win, that's all, and -0.5 is to win only!

For next round if there's penalty kicks, does the 3 way end in a draw or the team that wins the shoot out?
