Question about the Supplemental Draft

If you have 2 picks in the 1st round of next year, and you select a player in the 1st round of the supplemental draft this year, which pick do you give up?

Chargers have 2 picks, if they take Mike Williams in the supplemental draft, which pick do they give up next year?

You can only lose your own pick.

Teams that have no 1st next year are out.

i believe that a team can trade the pick if they are first, but I am not sure.
