If I sign up for 5dimes for $400, get a 50% bonus, for a total of $600

1. would i be able to place the entire balance on, lets say an NCCA hoops title future at 4-1, for example

2. if it hits, what withdrawal rules am i bound by?

You don't get the entire bonus right away, you earn it increments as you wager - when you have "earned" it all, I believe you have met all rollover requirements. Verify to be sure though.:0074

Once you "earn it" the money is yours to keep. You don't get it right away.
