Question for Raymond or a Philly resident

I am going to be in Philly in late September for some meetings and was wondering where a good spot would be to catch NCAA and NFL games. I know the downtown Marriott, where I am staying, has a sports bar but are there any other suggestions ? Any insight would be appreciated.
