Since you used to caddy, I want to ask your opinion about something.(or I guess any others of you with inside the ropes experience)
JJ Henry played Monday and Tuesday in Memphis to qualify for the US Open. I assume he is playing the pro-am today. Regardless of whether you like him this week, am I nuts to bet on a guy who will play 7 days in a row?

It was only the qualifier at The Woodlands that was carried over to a second day.

In terms of the impact of playing well in a qualifier, the following article may be of interest:

It relates to the European Tour, but it used the U.S. Open qualifying scores a few weeks ago to predict the 1st round leader in that week's event - the strategy appeared to have worked in the past. He successfully predicted that Rhys Davies would be the 1st round leader at 55/1 (and Davies would lose out in a playoff to Luke Donald for the title).

Dallas sorry so late,most guys would take tuesday off after playing 36 on monday,j.j. henry wont win though i can tell you that. i did win this tournament in 1994 with Dicky Pride.It was awesome.I had a tape of the weekend (yes i said tape) when i moved to vegas i left a box in the trunk and the vhs was in there box so i dont have it anymore.
