Question For Teddy kgb or anyone on TT

I try to analyze my plays when I lose,to see where I went wrong. Looking back over the stats and records, I still don't see one reason to wager on Wyoming. My numbers showed that Texas Tech should have won by 20. The only reason I didn't make a huge play on Texas Tech was that everyone was on TT and the line never moved.

Just curious if there was something that you saw when you were capping that put you on Wyoming or was it just a contrarian play. Thanks in advance for answering my question, as I am still trying to learn from my mistakes.

I said the exact same thing on loophole's thread.Check it out.
I was a bit nervous because mostly everyone
was on TT. That always scares me.
And no, the line stayed just about the same.
Where was all the TT money?
Sure wasn't effecting the line.
Avtuall it dropped to 6 1/2 once.
I didn't see the game but it looked like Wyoming adjusted in the 2nd half and outcored TT 50-38.
Maybe the huge 18 point lead at haltime caused TT to let down a little.
Lets face it..it's an educated guess...
and nothing more. Nobody ever knows for sure,
unless it's a fix.
It also seemed to me that the line should have been higher.
I didn't quite like the "bargain"
I was getting. Only 7.
Well, I went with Wyoming for all the wrong reasons and it paid off for me this time.
My dad told me many moons ago when the public
is all going one way...try and go the other way sometimes. Handicapping and instinct...
maybe it was my woman's intuition, who knows...

Texas Tech probably should have covered as the back door cover was taken by Wyoming. IMO Wyoming isn't THAT bad of a team. I had them losing by 5. They have been double digit favorite in most of there games and IMO getting +7 from TT was a lot. By half time obviously they were gettin blown out and made a late run. I think your capping was probably correct, but just got screwed on the back door. Also, just like mag said... EVERYONE was on Texas Tech and the line didn't budge. I waited to see if it would get higher and it never did. Just seemed fishy. Anywho I really dont have much time more I'm late to work
