I joined the Sirbet NFL handicapping contest for kicks after you posted about it earlier this year. I won second place (tied for 1st but the other guy was 1 pt away from the total and I was 3). I thought that won me some money but I don't have any money in the account yet. Do you know what their procedure is for paying winnings??

OK. For three days now I've been wondering about my "credit" for winning the contest. And for 3 days they have been saying the money should be in my account "tomorrow". This is getting shady.

Hey Grama,

I am curious as to what happens. What was your record for last week? I think I lost five games and was two points under the total. They still haven't posted the winners on the website. I emailed them but got no response.

I went 12-4. They post the winners on the site, but you have to make the next week's picks before you can see the results of the previous week. Then press winners, and who won will come up. They finally credited my account on the Saturday after I won. They kept telling me the guy who takes care of the contest was out of town, and sure enough, he was. He got back saturday and credited my account. He even gave me the full $500 even though my account wasn't credited. (Madjack probably hooked me up). So far Sirbet has been a good site betting with.
