have seen this explanation in the past,
Team to Score First Props are listed pitchers and will be graded as soon as the first team scores and once the home team has at least a chance to bat.
If the home team scores first, that bet will be graded at that time and bets are action regardless of game suspension or postponement. If the visiting team scores first the bet will be graded once the home team has completed their at bat.

interesting...the thing is this though.....if you go to the boxscore tomorrow, even right now probably, it will show 0-0 and nothing actually happened.....so how can they grade a wager on something that technically never happened?

That's bullshit if they charged you. I had a head to head golfer bet a few weeks ago. The golfer I bet on was crushing the other golfer. The other golfer quit in the final round after like 15 holes and they voided the bet. I was so pissed off.
