Question on Safin for Tuesday match

Anyone know the exact reason why Safin retired on the championship match against Moya? I've read that he was just too tired to play any longer. Does anyone know if he might have been hurt? I'm thinking about putting some down on Squillari if that's the case.

He was quoted as saying he was too tired.....He said that Ferrero took everything he had, and had nothing left for Moya. Sounds to me that he is prime for another upset at some point this tournament.....
