question on the n. mex st/utah st line...

i see guys quoting n.mex st+ 11 and +9....

the line as of this morning was utah st-3....

am i missing something?...has this line actually moved 8 points over the course of the week?....

cause if that`s the case,i just may grab a little utah st...
