It may seem small, but I don't like how you get clipped on change, i.e. a bet that should be 77.50 to win 50, you have to pay 78 to win 50. That can add up over the long haul, especially in baseball.

Put totals on every game. You're certainly not alone there, but in football and hoops that's something nice to see.

Baseball season is for all intents and purposes over, but dime lines would make me more likely to come back next April.

On the plus side, little things like a free withdrawl every month mean a lot to me. Books that charge $15-30 for a Neteller payout or $30 for a cashier's check (like Infinity) without offering at least one free per month really rub me the wrong way, because it's like saying, "Well you can play with us, but you have to pay extra juice if you actually want to win." Also, I'm more than satisfied with your customer service.

I'm currently funded but will probably withdraw in the next month as football generally treats me like a mare in a stud farm. I'll be looking for places to reup as college hoops approaches.

Forgot about the 1 or 2 free Neteller withdrawals every month or so like bjfinste said!

I do not really care about bonuses as much as I like early posted lines, free withdrawal or 2, great and fast customer service, dime lines or less, moneyline plays on ALL games (or damn near most of them), 2nd half lines on all football and nba games, and being able to play my lottery numbers on line (like at Carib and a few others)
Just my 2 cents.

what are your bonuses there?? what special things do you offer to get new sign-ups??

i would like it for you to have college totals earlier in the week. i was told by jason, before i signed up with you , that the totals would be out by wednesday's. so far i have yet to see a totals line by wednesday.

otherwise i think your company gives very good service.

i have enjoyed your service... and to be honest, of the 5 Outs that i do have, your service has always been up and running when i needed to get down on a game.. even 5 minutes before game time on sundays..

also.... the account valve has more than doubled;) so no complaints from me..:D

still waiting on a yes or know for party stuff , no way it can take this long i have already gotten over a 1/3 of the stuff shipped to the house already from the other places we ask will have the rest with in a nonth then we start to put the packets together it takes time to do 80-100 gift bags and we don't do it 2nd rate look at the party pictures like i said no skin off our back i just need a reply soon so we can get them put together because the last month is phone calls and meetings at leat 3 times a week to make sure everything is all in a row. This is a very big party and gets bigger each year lot of different people to work with av/which is rented out for the sound system and the 3 60 inch screens, the lady who is contrated out to do all th ballons, the caisn, the hotel, the catering dept, group sales, the people fro bud with there stuff they bring in along with girls this year. so i have a back up who said they are more then happy to fill the last spot, have a printer who has to print the program and thanks those books who did what, so you see it is more then i think you guys think it is. not to mention the stuff the casino host bob has to do the sports book with knowing who is with use so they are givien higher limits with the cards the casino makes up for our group and the cocktail party the first night, the basketball bash on saturday the comps for the sat show who ever is playing. lot of work with lote of people. don't woory if it is no just tell me and i have the other book set to go no big deal, but the wait makes it hard.
