what do you guys do when you are literally on the worst stretch of your life? in october, i was on top of the world and was holding tickets with the rangers to win the world series from april at 25-1.....now i have gone through 7 months of hell where i literally can not win a game.....i mean its getting ridiculous......

i have returned to this site bc its been so bad, i need to start reading all info, and making educated decisions from here on out......in the meantime, i will post some plays, but my advice is to fade me....

ie: last night had FLA and NYY...FLA pen blew it, NYY pen blew it....i cant tell you how many games pen's have cost me....

i have TB to win the cup and the east at 30/1 and 16/1 respectively, i NEED this to pull me out of this torturous streak! i guess u all may as well play BOS in this series

It's hard to be mired in a bad stretch. Honestly, some of the worst stretches I remember going through were remedied simply by hanging it up for a little while. When information all seems to run together and you can't pick left from right, home from away, etc...., a break is a good idea. For some people, a break is a day. I mean take a break.....like a month. It's amazing how much simpler things may look....and you may even start enjoying it again.

Hope everything goes well.

1 more comment, the thing is, for basically the last 10 years, i was positive, at least until the last 6 months....i actually took pride in doing this and prob hit around 58-60% and made $$$$.....but the last few months have been so bad, i am seriously questioning if this is worth it........side note, i get a chunk back when i lose and im still getiing hammered beyound belief......been on the chase for 8 months and getting blasted...

I think you said the word that sums it up....."chase"

Are you behind and trying to make up the money by playing the same amounts or are you losing more and more becuase your amounts are increasing?

actually no i am not increasing, i have a limit per game, playing hte same, its just crazy doing nothing different whatsoever except all of a sudden i can not pick a winner in ncaa bb, nba, nhl, mlb.......just pure lunacy for 8 months....i prob ,maxed out my limit in the last 8 months 75% of the time......even if TB wins the cup, its a consolation prize.....i dunno, its just craxzy the streak im on.......good luck to all. i'll post for a few days...take the opposite no matter what.....something freaky will happen, i promise

other than the enjoyment and appreciation of winning some $$$$.....probably not......for years it helped it so many ways, now its such a negative i am not sure....when i say for over 10 yrs it was positive, i am not exxagerating, but all of a sudden, its like god simply does not want me to win no matter what! im psyched about TB but can pretty much guarantee they will come out flat form the long layover and get killed.....thats my new attitude unfortunately

well.....maybe a good idea is to just hang it up for a good long while. If you have such a cynical attitude about it and it's creating such a negative influence in your life right now, I'm not sure what the allure is. You can't base your future on your past. Congrats on the great 10 years......but I wouldnt keep going the way you are going currently. Life's too short

I take some time off, myself--at least a few days.
Often check out the lines and think about my leans, just to see what coulda-shoulda been.

If you're really gettin' the itch through it all then play some small bets.

I hope it comes back for you.

Devil Dave has some good advice. Gambling--many up and downs if you went 6 years with near 60%-law of averages will catch up with you--no when to hod them and fodl them.--gl
