regarding this dr bob guy...i know plenty of folks that swear by his ncaa pix. he hit around 59% last year and is hitting 64% so far this year. well he releases his picks every thurs morning.
this morning he posted fla -13 as his 5* which is rare and the line jumped to 16 at most books within 5mins. then cinncy line moves from 9 to 12...then pitt from 14 to 16'...you get the picture. massive moves if you ask me in such a short amount of time..so my question is are these lines really moving because of dr freakin bob???!!!???
