If you take cash to Western Union, there isn't any record on your bank statement or credit cards.
It's not foolproof, but if the IRS ever audits you, or if Uncle ever starts to come down on online gaming, you know the drill.
Also, Paypal is being sued and has been already been outlawed in some states. I trust online banking almost as much as the weatherman!
