dumb question probably, but how do offshore books treat rain shortened games? if a game goes the required ditance, is it considered a full game for totals and game? or are bets refunded. i know it's a dumb question, but i gotta ask.

I think the game has to go 9 innings (8 1/2 if the home team is ahead) for total bets and runline bets to count. If the game is shortened for any reason, only moneyline bets count. I think.
