where do u place ur bets? they let u play 2nd quarters when the games already started?

I live in Canada and I place my bets through a private sportsbook in my town. I also believe alot of online sportsbook allow it under live betting and quarter bets. Look around for alot of smaller sportsbooks ive seen it before.

For my first quarter bets though I like to bet at CRIS because of their wide selection. They have solid lines across the board.
