I was going to start a post on this subject but apparently several Madjackers saw the same thing I did today.
The Rams' (most of them, especially on offense) had the same glazed over look on their eyes as Tyson did when he lost to Buster Douglas. Actually, they've had it the entire preseason. The above posts said it best but it's very clear to me that there will be no way to predict when and where the Rams will want to play this year.
I agree it starts with coaching, but, their offensive players don't seem to have any sense of urgency what so ever. Not so much on D, as they seemed to be flying around today, especially in the second half. Like the O is a reflection of Martz, I think the D is a reflection of Lovie Smith.
But they better get it together because teams are definitely coming after Warner and Faulk and if the rest of teams hit them like Al Wilson did today, the Rams will be relying on Jamie Martin and Trung Candidate to carry the load...
