Rams win.....tonite
Rams will win tonite in the Bronx.No doubt about it.Of course the problem is which ram.The Rhode Island ones or the Fordhams.
Fordham -8 over URI.****
Both teams have lost the past 2 weeks.URI has been playing better but is still 2-9 away but a decent 5-5 ats.Fordham got back on the right track and then hit the wall with 4 str. losses.Two of those were at home to St Joes and dayton.Both solid teams.
URI can't shoot the ball.Wiley has been playing brillent the past few games and won POW in the A-10 this week.But his supporting cast is erratic.They lost to the Dukies at home by 2 the other day.They have trouble scoring.Baron is a solid coach so these kids will play defense and rebound.But even rebounding is a problem.They also turn the ball over a lot.They cannot shoot FT's.[68%]
But Fordham also turns it over a lot and they are one of the worst FT shooting teams in the nation.[58%]
But Fordham has a stud in Smush parker who had 32 pts vs Joes,and Walton a mid-season stater who can play.Inside the rams have an array of 6'6,6'7 kids[Wright,McMillen] that can rebound and score inside.Fordham has beaten Bonnie,LaSalle and Mass at home already.And they had no problem beating URI earlier in the season 71-58.
You have 2 teams that can't shoot FT's,turn the ball over a lot, and are nicknamed rams.
I'll take the Rose Hill kids to win this by double digits.About the same margin they win up in RI.

Temple owns this series.They have won 4 in a row.Zone is looking better.Lasalle has lost 6 of last 7.Butler is in a mini slump because teams are doubling on him.Hawkins,wesby and Lyde are playing better.Greer is a stud.Temple should put the Explorers away tonite.
Canisius +12.5 over manhattan *
Griffs on the road are 2-8.They just beat the jaspers at home an upset marist away.Foster is back and can score.Manhattan has trouble on defense.They are much quicker and athletic then manhattan but they will slow the ball down and keep the 4,000 fans quite in Draddy gym.
St Johns +5 over Canes. *
This series is always close.Johnnies seem to always win this .Canes better in every catorgory but hatten can keep this close.This game goes down to ho has the ball with 5 seconds left.
Hofstra -3.5 over James madison**
Bonnie +1 over mass
St joes -1 over Richmond
Rider -8 over Iona
Niagara-7 over Loy Md **
