Granted CSU played a lot of patsies at home but they did beat So Car 81-67,Denver by 16,Wash St by 11.They have a balanced scoring attack even though they got blown out at Purdue this week.
They have a nice well rounded team.Birley can stick the 3 and is the all time 3 pt shooter.They have slashers that can score in Greene,,Smith and Williams.And they have a real post player in 7'0 Nelson who avg 13 pts a game and shoots an amazing 66 FG%.Morris a fr. pt gd is playing well.They are an excellant team in rebounding.
So FL is missing lyr stars Waldon and Jackson.Boy were they good.But Seth has returning a solid team that can score.Tonite you have actually 2 post players that can play.McDonald is 6'11 and avg 17 pts and 8 bds.Leather is 6'9 and can play.Kohn and Bryant are good gds.
This team can score.The problem is defense.But this yr they have played better D.They have lost to Mich St by 10 or 11 but the game was out of hand.They beat Prov.But tonite their on the road.They lost to Wright St by 1.Gators beat them bad and the Spartans spanked them.
Tonite I think they will have trouble up in Colorado.Seth will play his famos 1-3-1 defense and make you beat him from the outside.At home I think the Rams will find their range and win this by 10.
Seth Greenberg is a good coach.He coached at Columbia many,many moons ago.He is a funny guy.He also coached at Long Beach St and I think a few others places.
