It may be early to post but I heard Ron Low on the Ranger pre-game last night say that Mike Richter would be in goal Thursday vs. Carolina, and Dan Blackburn would be in goal in his hometown of Montreal on Saturday. This would mark Blackburn?s second start in his hometown; during his first which was his NHL debut, he stood on his head and stoned the Canadiens, handing them their first home loss of the season (if I can remember things correctly). The only reason I remember is because I played the Canadiens and they kept showing his damn family on TV in New York, with his mom holding up a big banner and I wanted to shoot her as she jumped up and down with each save (Sorry for the rant).
Also, Richter returns to goal the next game (Sunday I believe) vs. Tampa Bay.
