According to RAS services info, here is their disclaimer for 2015-2016 College Hoop Season.

Release Times

The 2015-16 CBB service will consist of second half play releases only. There will be no set release times or advanced warnings. Any time a college basketball game is going to half, there is a possibility of a release. Keep in mind you can schedule the service to receive plays only when you want them and the service can be paused on and turned back on at any time.

Really? WOW!! They have been so good and so transparent and now they shift their strategy to 2nd half plays only?
