10 teams in the leauge, I'm not sure why they wanted to draft 6 months early but thats them. Here is my squad.

(one starter)
QB: Rich Gannon
----Aaron Brooks
----Matt Hesselbeck
----Drew Bledsoe

(2 starters)
RB:---Edgerrin James
------Stephen Davis
------Ricky Watters
------Duece mccalister

(2 starters)
WR:---Isaac Bruce
------Ed Mccafrey
------Michael Westbrook
------Albert Connell

(one starter)
K:----Gramatica
------Kasay

TE:---Stephen Alexander

(one starter)
Defense------Ravens
-------------Giants

The leauge was not as dumb as I thought they were going to be, but I still think I made out ok. QB is a little up in the air though.

Natymike,

Don't get offended...but I don't like it. Here's why........
QB's- Gannon should be ok, but Brooks won't get any PT unless Blake goes down. Plus, I look for the Saints to take a dive this year. Hasselback was cut and Bledsoe hasn't been a good fantasy player caue there is no one to throw to and he's been the most sacked QB for a couple of years.

RB's- Can't go wrong with James. Davis, you never know??? McCallister will need a few years. I think he's gonna be a third down back.

WR's- Not too bad here. Isaac Bruce should be ok, so long as Warner stays healthy. McCaffery, I think, will be your best. Connell and Westbrook???? Jeff George will decide. Have to see how Westbrok cmes back from injury and if he can control his temper.

TE- Alexander. He is terrible. Plain and simple. I hope you took him late and with only 10 teams...there has to be someone else out there to get.

K- Gramatica is awesome! He's consistent from 50 yards a TB seems to have trouble getting in the endzone.

D- Ravens....I think you'll be ok here.

just my opinion......Good Luck!

Hasselback cut? He is the starting QB for Seattle.

And Brooks is the favorite to win the QB job in New Orleans.

I like it. Quality depth all around, with the possible exception of WR. Westbrook off injury is a question mark, and Connell is a wild card. May thrive as the #2 in NO, or may be the head case he was in WASH. Like the D, and I would probably carry only 1 kicker, cuz you can pick one of those up for the bye easily. If you dump a K, get another TE, maybe the 2nd year guy in GB or the other one in NYJ. Good luck. I am in way too many FF leagues and run one too. Fun stuff.

Looks good to me.
Every down backs are the scarcest commodity of all, and you are in great shape there.
Hope your league has position pots!

I generally draft a single kicker, then pick up a second on a situational basis when my main guy has a bye or a tough matchup and there's someone available whose in a more favorable situation.

Grade report

QB: B
RB: A
WR: C
K: A-
D: A

Looks like a solid team. I think your problem with the QB position is going to be who to start. It looks like the guys you have will have either real strong or real weak weeks. It's just a matter of being on the right guy in the right week.

If you are not doing a "live" draft on line or in person, you almost have to start about now. If it is all via email, etc it can take a while, especially if your league is not all online like we are.

All advise is appreciated, I was the LAST person to pick a QB, I don't like them either, but last year I picked up Daunte and Grbac VERY late, I didn't like them either.

I know my TE is a joke, he was my very LAST pick, if his name isn't Tony G, then a TE is worthless

I wasn't sure about my WR's either. I got Mccafrey pretty late, I guess nobody else wanted him. And I'm hoping that Westbrook or Connell will step up in Washington. They are my bench warmers anyway.

Some guys in my leauge said that my team was stacked, but that all depends on My QB's. I seriously like Hesselbeck, he is projected to put up big numbers. Bledsoe is a joke, he was my last QB to pick up. If A Brooks looses the job, I'll pick up Blake off the wire. Both of them were outstanding last year.

By the way, this isn't some BS leauge, first place wins over 500$

a lot of times, free agency (the wire) is where you get the best players. 2 years ago, I got K. Warner in the 3rd week and last year,I got B. Greise in the 3rd week!

Our draft is always after the last pre-season game. That way, you should know whos starting, and whos hurt.

Do you keep a running total all year or go head to head each week?
