Good pick up by the ravens they're a big force and with the jets signing reevis, monday nights game should be a good one
Ed Reed is out for 6 games & other DBs are out....They have to do something about that before they win anything....
josh wilson and now houshmandsadeh(he`s getting over 6 mill from seattle)......i`m becoming a big seattle fan...

They picked up Wilson from seattle and claimed Bryan Mccann from cowboys.
Also Zibikowski and Nakamura are better players then Ed Reed is at this point of his career.

I read in a raven beat report that Zibikowski has played well in preseason.
shawn might have made an astute observation on mccann...a few cowboy fans were sorry to see him go...

have to give them credit...the ravens are obviously gearing up for a sertious run this year....
and imo,ar is correct...the defensive backfield(barring injuries) will probably be the key as to how far they could go...
the jet(ryan) game should be a bloodbath...
On paper it looks like a good pick up, but this may be one of those 'be careful what you wish for' type of deals. He was a huge disappointment in Seattle. His play on the field was average at best here, and his mouth was on overdrive the whole time. The guy had a horrible attitude and not very many people liked him. Personally, I'm very happy that they cut him.
If he can somehow keep his ego in check and just play football, this will be a good pickup for the Ravens. That's a pretty big IF though...

I drafted Housh late in FF draft. I think I like him now more than at Seattle.
that was a good move,dawg....cause the ravens just traded mark clayton(might have been the worst #2 receiver in the league) to the rams....
housh is gonna get plenty of action this year,imo....i see lots of 3 receiver sets... for the first time in recent memory...
ozzie`s been sharp this year....be interesting to see how flacco does with all this talent surrounding him...:toast:

I was kind of hoping he would be picked up by the Vikings who are light at receiver until Rice comes back. But, it seemed like there might have been some lingering issues from Housh picking Seattle over the Vikes during the free agent courting last season... I can see both parties not being too comfortable with each other at this point.
I'm a little concerned about the Vikes offense right now, but hopefully Percy stays playing the games and the OL can straighten itself out. The defense is going to be terrific again. Sorry to take this off subject... there was a lot of talk about Housh coming to Minny, that's all. Gotta like the Ravens right now, that's for should.
