Bluegrass!

Continuing to add more depth to an already loaded roster, the defending Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens on Tuesday reached a formal contract agreement with Randall Cunningham, a deal that provides the team tremendous insurance behind starting quarterback Elvis Grbac.

The 15-year veteran will sign a one-year contract for the NFL minimum base salary of $477,000. Cunningham said last month that he had "an understanding" with coach Brian Billick on a deal to join the Ravens, but the agreement did not become official until Monday afternoon

Should be a nice addition Jack. I still think Redman should be given some playing time this year. They're treatin him like Houston did McNair, bringing him up nice and slowly. In my eyes, he's still the best QB to come out of Kentucky(Sorry Mr. Couch)..

Now don't you guys go and get Jack started already!! We still got at least a couple more months of not hearing how good the Ravens are gonna be this year.

No repeat now that Grbac has graced the grounds of the Ravens.

The Chiefs have a chance at being .500 again this year after booting Gunther Cunningham and seeing loser Grbac show his true colors.

***Jack: You are going to look awfully ridiculous in that beer-soaked Ravens jersey surrounded by 800 Raiders' fans wearing halloween costumes. Then again, on second thought -- you paid everyone's way into the Super Bowl party last year, so I better lay off the ribbing. By the way, can we get an early take on the Sahara as a venue for 2002? I vote we try for somewhere else next year (the Sahara room was too cramped and they served shit beer).

"Score is tied with just seconds remaining here at Ravens Stadium in Baltimore. Winner goes to the Super Bowl. Loser goes home. Elvis Grbac takes the snap from center and goes back to pass, oh no, he fumbles...the ball rolls into the end zone, it's rolling....it's rolling......it's covered by black and silver jerseys.... the Raiders recover! But wait, who's that 45-year-old madman running out on the field in the Ray Lewis Jersey with the eyeglasses? He tackles the Raider and takes the ball. He's got he ball! He's got the ball! He's running down the sidelines. 20, 30, 40 midfield, 40 30.....He's going to go.....all...the.....way! It's bedlam folks! The crowd is going wild!

Superbowl Party?

I would love to drag my wife to the superbowl party just to prove to her that all the guys on the board aren't the raving maniacs that she thinks they are.

On second thought maybe not such a great idea!
