SOMEWHERE AROUND THE S.E.C.
raymond , fletcher
i have been watching your picks for the last several weeks now and have to admit you are a very good handicapper.
you two and a couple others do a mighty fine job here and im sure it is much appreciated for all the hard work you guys do.
But there is 1 thing i would like to say and please dont take this the wrong way. IF you guys would stay away from picking the road favorites your winning % would increase signifantly.
giving points on the road is suicide because i am a firm beleiver that the refs are intimidated by the crowds and give the favorable calls to the home teams.
once again please dont take this the wrong way because i love looking at what you guys pick and i do know that you 2 are mighty fine at what you do. PEACE and lets bet the man

p.s i will have a 10 * ;lock out of the s.e.c this weekend. GL

SEC guru,

have you documented their plays over a reasonable period of time (say 2 weeks) and proven that they lose more road faves than they win?

If so, I'd like to see the results you collected.

Or is this just a preference you use when handicapping?

give us that Soopah Ez Cash pick of yours :)

N0 I havent documented anybody picks and have only been following this board for about 6-8 weeks but i have kept up with several of the better handicappers that post here and i write down their picks evey day and have been doing that since i came here to see who the better handicappers are.
and i do know that the ones that pick road favorites have lost more than they have won.

thanks for the input,it all depends with who you are playing and why,but you point was taken without being looked at as an attack,i have alot of things i do and work in to my games that i don't even begain to touch with you guys, first i don't have the time and 2nd somethings are not to be told to others, sorry if that upsets some of you but,i am in this alittle deeper then the avg player,so some things and sources are held tight knit between people.

but i understand where you are coming from but you have to know team and number and why you are taking it,a lot goes into the choice of a game on my end trust me on that not just 1-2 hour overveiw eachday. but respect your thoughts.

good luck with all.
