Re: Thats It For Me
I hate to sound harsh but, give me a break with that post. You're crying about the up's and downs of gambling? DUH! That's why they call it gambling my friend. You sound suprised that you could possibly win AND LOSE. What, did you think it was all winning? It pisses me off that you congragulate people who win money doing this, and then go on to say that for the rest of us, it's a living nightmare. SPEAK FOR YOURSELF PAL. I lose, I win, but I have fun doing it. If I have a losing streak like every single gambler in the history of the world has had, I suck it up, because I expect it, and I manage my bankroll.
For those of you who might have been swayed by this guy telling you that you all should think about tapping out too, don't listen. Just don't be stupid like this guy was and go betting your entire paycheck on two games. It's nobody's fault but your own pal. This game is much more that just trying to pick winners. If you get into sports investing, don't expect to win every night. You're in it for the long haul, and if you manage your darn money properly, and have DISIPLINE AND PATIENCE you should be just fine. I applaude(sp) ANYONE who feels the need to leave the world of sports gambling, it takes sack just to admit you've failed, but don't cry about it, and tell others to quit too, that's weak.
