my first time writting.

What i need is someone that knows his SHIT in college
b.ball,meaning i really need help,every day i read all your opion
but to many people have too many different opinions,so what i need is someone to give me there favorite pick of the day,it could be anything,for example;first half plays,over under etc...........


today,i'm down 230 units alot of money for somebody that dosn't have it,ya i know i went crazy,betting on teams i dont even know.

There are several aspects to sportsbetting.

I'll give you three:

1. Money management
2. Handicapping
3. Wagering Strategies

My suggestion would be TO STOP GAMBLING RIGHT NOW and read everything you can about Money Management.

But TCSN said it best, "How about you just stop gambling since you can't afford to lose what you did?"

You just broke the Cardinal Rule in Sportsbetting.

Years ago in my neighborhood, there was a saying which had to do with making a decision...

"Jump out smart or jump out stupid"

guys,i know the best way out is to stop betting,but i also know if i could control my self on the betting,meaning one or two games a day,i could make it back,but my proleme is i want to make it back in a week,now i'll try to make it back slowly but surely.so thats why i'm asking for some help I CAN'T STOP PLAYING,I HAVE TO MAKE SOME OF IT BACK.that's the way a stupid gambler thinks,i admit,I'M ONE OF THEM.

HELP OR NO HELP,WORSE COMES TO WORSE,I'LL TRY MYSELF.

Take a break. I've been there before. It's best to just take a break for a while. Stop until March Madness. You just need to drop back and punt. Lay low, and then come back having learned a very valuable lesson. If you HAVE to bet, bet single games (preferably big profile so you can watch it). Like pick the Fiesta Bowl. You'll watch it and want to bet, so take $20 on OSU to win. Big payoff, no real risk, and you get to gamble. But you can't keep betting lots of games.

"You can't lose what you don't put in play"

I know you don't want a lesson, but sometimes you have to stop and think. Read what you yourself posted. It should cause concern.

You sound like your are going to chase and put yourself in a deeper hole. Playing only one or two games a day sounds great but are you going to double up on them to get your money back?? Not a great idea. Best ADVICE: stop now and save your money....

Just my opinion but it sounds like you are going to take the consesus pick and POUND IT. Everyone on this site will tell you "YOU ARE PLAYING WITH FIRE".......

I have been there as well. I know it does not make much sense at this point but handicapping has little to do with it. It all comes down to betting straight games with your money, save the two team parlays when you are up money. MONEY MANAGEMENT is the key. Easy to learn, hard to stick with, but quite simply the only way to come out ahead in the long run. Try the 1,2,3,5, system. has worked well for me over the years. I can agree with the above posts but I have been in your shoes before, I say lay the wood on the following plays and get that money back. Then you can switch to that money managament system I mentioned.

Boston College -4
Citadel +19
Nevada +5
and a very strong play on Memphis pick'em....

By the way disregard the post above that says bet on the high profile games so you can watch them on television. I have found that the publilc stays away from the smaller games and this allows a great advantage (at times) to those willing to invest a little time researching the days games. Don't just bet to watch tv, and certainly don't just bet to bet. Do a little home work on the smaller games and you will find a profit....:thefinger

Ill give u one game, bet all 230 units on it, and get back to even, lol, Take Vanderbilt -8.5 blowout, you can be sleeping happily at halftime. after you are even, quit betting, doesnt look like it s your best hobby

You might want to try CS-Northridge for another 180 units, to have a 3-0 night and be up 230 units.

guys,it's easy for u guys to say bet 230 or 50 units,beleive me i'd love to do that if i had the money.one game and getting out of the hole,i'd LOVE it.but no,i have to take it slow.i'm going to do my shit ass reserches,and i'll take these to big plays into considuration.by the way how much are u guys betting on these games.i'll post back my final plays.

BUDDY,shill out,these researches that i'm talking about,i've never did them before.i'd just play what some of the people in madjack write.DON'T FORGET,IT ALWAYS HAPPENS THAT THE BIG UNDERDOG WINS.THATS WHERE I PLACE BIG BETS,AND I LOSE,MY SMALL BETS,most of the time i get them.

He is all grown up...I am sure he is a big boy. He is down 23K and has to get it back somehow. Get big on Memphis and CS Northridge. That is a great play as well.....as for a cold streak like that I have to ask how long has it taken you to get there. Not to be an asshole but that is a really bad streak of luck. Anyhow it ends tonight....sell your Mazda Miata, pawn your VCR, go to the blood bank, pull some kids out at the sperm bank and lay it all on MEMPHIS.....you can thank me tomorrow.:thefinger
