Thats a good cover up story but the real word around the "IN-THE-KNOW" repubs is that Old Man John is having trouble remembering his lines, the teleprompter isnt working for him because it happens to be on a monitor. Bush has been drilling the same shit in his head for 7-8 years and he only remembers parts of it. Theres an hour or so to cover this time and the little jingle jangle songs wont fill that much time.
