sold TCK.b (TCK /US) at $10.10cdn. hit a high of over 10.60 that is a great run....
many of these financials doubled along with the mining stocks, so profit taking should be expected.
sold my XLF yesterday, though still have my $8 XLF puts May.
the SLF trade is okay since bought it at 24.97 did the 25 july call 2.40. however it quickly ran to 29 cdn. so should have just held it and then sold....
loss 2/3 of my CNQ position on a covered call $40 cdn. hate losing a stock and could have made much more, still 10% four months.....though could have been more than 20%.
also loss all of my PCA (petro canada stake.).
oil has run to over 50 but corrected with the markets on monday, oil will trade in line with equity markets.... so hoping for a correction and a re-entry on cnq. oil is a late 2009/2010 story.
natural gas will move after oil, oil moves first.
the remaining CNQ position is a 54cdn. covered call May, and August 66cdn. uncovered calls
