See where the National Bureau of Economic Research -- the official recession scorekeeper -- said the downturn that began in December 2007 ended way back in June 2009.

What does this mean?

Means the bascis of ending recession was already in progress before Obama took over and certainly before his trillion stimulus to no where.

So the- it was booosh-- is looking even more absurb--while O certainly was not responsible for recession--he certainly owns the recovery.

His problem now is only the most naive sheep are biting on--

after

--800 billion stimulus providing few jobs
--1 trillion healthcare plan
--and running up more debt than Reagan and all previous presidents combine (in 19 months)
--under the pretense of- era of responsiblity/pay as we go-rhetoric

-"I inheirited these deficits"--is even laughable to most hardcore liberals. :)

So it means that the Democratic Congress got us out of the worst recession since the depression before we even knew it happened!. Thank you for pointing that out.:toast:
These are the same idiots who didn't even see it coming although they are so called experts. They are bigger frauds than weathermen.

They had no choice but to correct their errors to keep financial entities from collapsing--

How did we get into this Financial crisis?

--had they let it go at that and let the system work on the GM and Chrysler fiasco like Worldcom and Enron we would have recovered as we did back then--instead of Quading the debt with bailouts-stimulus (spent on entitlements)--and healthcare reform fiasco.

You won't recover from trillions of debt thrown on us past 18 months in next few years--if ever-

I agree the bailouts were terrible. Started with Bush and continued with Obama. We should have let the free market correct itself. But the neocons didn't want that. They wanted to protect the rich while crushing the middle class. So far it is working pretty good for them.

Weren't you the one crying about all the CEO bonuses under Obama? Seems to me that you are being hypocritical AGAIN.

doggie is all for making the banks whole for their reckless activity. The banks took risk and lost. Maybe we should have told them to fuck off? You can't have it both ways doggie.

Once again its quite clear. doggie spends day and night thinking of ways to help fund his corporate masters.

Lets see maybe because big companies pay 100% of my and my wifes income--supplys our group benefits--retirement plans for starters

--My question is how could someone not like them.

Would be very simple for both you to understand if you got off that gov tit --went outside your hood--and realized the corpororations produce jobs benefits--and pay taxes that in turn pay for your entitlement benefits.

Instead you diss corps --scratch your ass and and complain about unemployment/no group benefits all in the same breath.--it's that liberal econ 101.

Did that answer your question?

Geeezz you got some gall

I think Trench covered it earlier. Anyone who doesn't bow down to the corporations, must be a deadbeat. It is just another example of the flawed logic inside doggies head.

See if you can follow this, doggie. You and your wife are living off the money policyholders pay, money which could otherwise be used to lower their premiums or provide better care if they didn't have to support you and your wife.

I want you to find a job doing something constructive, rather than just sucking up someone else's money.

Dig a ditch, flip a burger, paint a house, arrest a criminal, invent a new product, start doing something besides sucking up money for which you contribute nothing.

My reason to think that- is common sense.

If you can't figure out why anyone would be for corporations--even though they produce biggest chunk of jobs-benefits-retirement-taxes in America-I got to assume you never been on receiving end of any--or totally incapaple of comprending the basics of logic.
For instance--your infernal whining about not having group ins/benefits--then turn around and diss those that provide it. Your destined to be a certified member of the (it's not my fault) Base unless your attitude changes.

Common sense will take you a long way Scott.

When you-tramp-trench and muffins are solicitors for higher taxes--more entitlements --its pretty certain which end of the redistribution your on.
How many Dems or Rebs on this forum do you think would voluntarily take a tax increase to support any of you?
