Recomended withdraw of cash.....

Could someone please advise me a recomended way to withdraw cash from pokerstars.....

I am fortunate enough to be able to make a cash out at the present time and am not sure if i should use the e-check option or choose another.

I did deposit with e-check and it was painless, any advise is will be helpful.
