The last few games have drawn record television markets. Vegas sportsbooks have written record amounts of tickets on their games. Friday, patrons in several Las Vegas sportsbooks clamored to have the Iowa/UCONN game on the main screen with volume, knocking the Golden Knights game to the back seat. I agree w both of you and I want to take Iowa but the line just screams that S Carolina will win and most likely cover. These casual fans are going to see those 6 1/2 points as a gift as well as if they want to take Iowa ML the payout is really good.

I had UConn +4 on Friday but I also had the ML. Can't believe they blew a 12-point lead even if it was early in the game. Not w Geno as coach and a good team w a supposed star (Paige Bueckers). I don't watch enough to know how good she is or isn't.

That said, all of these games are manipulated in so many ways. I just try to bet on the narrative and sometimes it works and sometimes it does not lol
