Cincinnati have the dubious double distinction of owning the NL's worst ERA at 5.55 and committing more errors (86) than any other major league team.
Canadian right-hander Ryan Dempster (2-6, 6.95 ERA) is winless in his last five starts and in his last two has been pounded for 16 hits and 13 runs in just eight innings. He is 3-1 with a 3.20 ERA in seven career games against the Brewers but in two starts this season his record against them is 0-1 with a 4.91 ERA. On just three days rest we can't see him beating the Brewers ace tonight.
