I went to the University of Iowa in Iowa City, so I can tell you all you want to know about Iowa City,

Have you ever lived anywhere up north of where you are at? If not, the winters here will be really hard for you to get used to. It gets really COLD..
Fun things to do? If you like outdoor activites, you will find lots of things to do. Depending on what town you are going to be living in, there may or may not be fun things to do there.
