Just checked the royals probable pitchers for the rest of the week and to my suprise they are giving this fat bastard another start?? He is pathetic and flat out is unmotivated. Whatever the line is and play the rl. I will load up, this guy quit long ago and the fact that I pay to see him play(one of the few royals season tix holder) probably makes me a stupid fat bastard.

I will hit this one hard because I may not get too many more chances to bet against him. Have fun in omaha renelves, but give me some cash on the way out.

thoughts?

He has been brutal lately, Buddy Bell says he is staying with him for the time being though .... looks like he is going against Paul Byrd and the Indians on Friday so good luck to you.

I would be careful as the Royals have the Tribe's number this year. I know Hernandez is arguably the worst starter in baseball, but you will probably see a lot of their middle relief as Rufatass will most likely get pulled early.

Hernandez moved up to thursday against shilling. De la rosa skipped? Will be steep but an easy winner I think

Wouldn't be suprised to have to lay 300 or more in that matchup.

hmmmmm.. Dock1 eh? I would pound the over. Mr. Johnny's. You can't slip one past ol' fade. 106 degrees- I'll be in 2nd row as usual (108 row B) it's going to be brutal out there. Come down and buy me a beer.

Schilling will do what he normally does and stop the losing streak tonight! No way IMO KC sweeps the BoSox! Crazier things have happened, but with Schilling I don't think they lose. Anyone else out there for Boston I wouldn't even feel as confident, but Schilling I do.

Good Luck. Just put down $500 and change to win $250 on Boston.

The KC pitcher just plain sucks!

Sox threaten after batting first, but doesnt score any runs. Hernandez sure has a high pitch count already after 1 inning~~~that would seem to favor Boston. Lets go Sox

That shot by Pena is one of the longest I've seen at the K. Maybe not as long as his on Monday, but still a bomb.

Moose job of the year. How many doubles did KC get? Boston's best vs KC's worst.

Oddities of the Royals season in terms of stats:

Offense
Doubles (9th) is the only offensive stat that they rank in the top 10.
Even with their doubles and being in the top half in triples (13th), KC is next to last in total bases. That speaks to how many of their other stats are in the bottom 10 of the league.

Defense
The Royals lead the league in turning double plays.
Burgos leads the league in blown saves. Considering KC?s starters have the worst ERA by ? of a run, and that he hasn?t been the closer for the whole season, that shows that Burgos is sure making the most of his opportunities to choke.
