Do you think Obama will give the families of former slaves money?

I think he is smarter than that, or course all politicians want is to be voted back in office.

Well lets see. We paid off the redman. It's true we pay big time to have Isreal stay on with us. We pay off Mexico by letting our borders leak. So I guess the ones we made suffer for 300 years deserve some to.

I disagree completely. We did not make anyone suffer for 300 years. At least, I didn't:shrug:

What's done is done. It's time to move on.

I don't mean we as in now. We did start to give them a chance starting late 60's. I mean a real chance. And why we pay off redman. And a thousand bucks is not much. Chit we throw money around anyway. If we were them and familes ties to one of the orginal familes brought herer against there will. We be asking to. I don't know if it's right or wrong. But for sake of debate?

I would oppose this in the same manner that I oppose bailout for taxpayers, banks, auto industry, etc.

We have moved on, obviously. There should not be reparations and there will not be under Obama or anybody else. Just another ignorant post by hedgehog.

no way in hell is Obama gonne give handouts, in a time where he's claiming to have a few answers on fixing the economy I think this would get him thrown under the bus immediately. If he wants to be looked at as a failed president then sure go ahead....but putting the middle-class back to work and helping the middle class get established once again after being all but wiped out will do just fine for most.

I am certainly not confused, I know what I want and Pres Obama is not it, maybe he will prove me wrong, I doubt it though
