0-1 last night... I'm stunned that the Raptors managed to blow that cover. They have not played well on the road vs West teams. Maybe something to note going forward.

Here's what fits the angle tonight...

DAL +9 @ ATL: Mavs lost the first meeting at home 102-105 trailing by a wide margin for the majority of the game before cutting it close late. First meeting was on 12/22 during the early part of ATL's phenomenal 33-2 run and this will be the last time these two meet. Line seems a bit inflated here even with DAL on back-to-back and Rondo benched. I think Mavs will play better without Rondo here tonight.

CHA +7 @ CHI: Line down from 9 after Rose news. I usually like the first game for a team after an injury to a key player, which makes me wary of this one. Also, as noted by many critics in the media, Rose wasn't playing effectively of late, so this may help the Bulls in the short term. The last meeting of these teams was on 12/3 with a 102-95 victory in Charlotte and this will be game two of a 4 game set.

HOU -3.5 vs LAC: Double revenge here for the Rockets with the most recent loss a 110-95 game that was back and forth until the 4th quarter where things completely fell apart for them. Looking back on that game on 2/11, both team's last before the break, the Rockets were playing the 2nd of a back-to-back on the road and their 3rd game in 4 nights, which would explain the tired legs in the 4th qtr. I think this a great spot for the Rockets tonight as they seek revenge at home with the Clippers still trying to fill the void at PF with Griffin out.
