Revocable Living Trust

lawyer wants $4,000.00

anybody ever done their own ..and got the papers signed ..

https://www.lawdepot.com/contracts/living-trust/?loc=US&s=QSLandingPage&g=QGLandingPage

I am getting a Trust done this fall, I would not do my own as it may not hold up in court. I want the "final" say on how funds are distributed and to whom. 4k is right on the mark as that is the going rate. I am protecting my kids from their spouses if something goes wrong with their marriage. I do not want 1/2 going to an ex in law. I also have grandkids that I want to leave money once they reach age 21..........
Well worth the money if you ask me :0074

I just spent 5K on getting my mother's will probated and a trust would have eliminated the need for that. Trusts do prevent the need for probate but I believe they can still require an affidavit of heirship, I'm not sure. Money wise they cost about the same as will-probate

appreciate the responses folks.

we are getting this done to protect the house house and cash for my wife.

she is 10 years younger than me and unfortunately my memory is starting to go.

I go for test on the 29th of this month. ....per my Family Doctor request.

Lotta doctors and hospitals over the last 3 years and just trying not to pay the middle man

if I don't have too.

Already paid $300.00 for the consult and the Revocable Living Trust in 5 years and 1 day will
protect it all for the wife..

now it's paper work and who shot John...just want to know if I can shoot John and get the paper worked signed.
