U. of Richmond -1.5 vs the Orangemen [127.5 O/U]

The Spiders are TIRED. They played 3 BB games in the Atlantic 10 conference 2 week-ends ago. Then Wednesday vs. Sienna, Saturday vs. Montana St, then had to travel to Minnesota to play the Gophers on Monday.

Now they face Syracuse, who have only play 2 games in 7 days.

The adrenaline is still flowing, says one of the teams best players, and it seems Richmond has saved their best ball for the late season.

BUT - I am really wondering why Richmond is the FAV here...???
I am planning to go to the game, and hope they can make the final four in NYC. Go Spiders

I believe the Books are looking for Syracuse money and I don't think 18 to 21 year olds will be tired with a few days rest.

I agree with Dixie. Vegas wants the money to be bet on Syracuse. Not saying that Richmond -2 is a sure thing but it is the smart play.

Don't know much about Richmond besides what I've researched today. So what makes them the "smart" play? Cuse has been on a slide but looks to me like they are still a stronger team.

Lot of these numbers are close, but looks to me, by these numbers cuse has a slight edge. Also, Richmond finished second(11-5) in the A-ten west behind a solid Xavier team, but besides xavier, not many tough teams on that side of the A-ten. Cuse on the other hand placed third in a tough Big East west conference(9-7) losing 3 games by 6 or less. Not taking any sides here just throwing out some thoughts. Hack away! I love it!!!
